Doug Nissinoff is the general partner and founder of Intelligence Ventures, a pre-seed and seed venture capital fund investing in AI-powered healthcare startups across the United States and Canada. The firm practices research-driven investing, backing companies whose products are built on proprietary data advantages in biotech and pharma tools, medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare SaaS.
Doug is the author of the firm's State of AI Healthcare report series, an analysis of the early-stage AI healthcare market drawing on a pipeline of more than 800 startup applications a year. He also leads the IV Accelerator, a ten-week program for pre-seed and seed AI healthcare founders that pairs investment with mentorship from an LP network of active investors, clinicians, and hospital-system operators, culminating in a demo day in New York.
